Our Automatec LoadLog data logging software is a data acquisition system designed specifically for AJT machines. The program runs on a Windows based PC or laptop, connected via USB to a National Instruments data log hardware box.

The software allows the operator to view live graphs. Customised test reports are created from the results. Datalogs are produced in a CSV format for analysis in 3rd party tools.  Before delivery channels in the datalog can be configured to record either the point value or a calculated metric; min, max, mean or median. The logging rate is configurable up to a maximum of 100Hz. Logs are stored on the laptop. Previous logs and reports can be retrieved and backed up from there.

The system allows for calibration of instruments to an N point curve, designed to comply with the requirements of ISO 7500-1.

The Automatec LoadLog system can be supplied in a console unit with space for the laptop. Alternatively available as a standalone compact aluminium box designed to be sat next to the PC or laptop. This is typically supplied with a power supply and 5m cables.
