Our Automatec LoadLog data logging software is a data acquisition system designed specifically for AJT machines. The program runs on a Windows based PC or laptop, connected via USB to a National Instruments data log hardware box.

The software allows the operator to view live graphs and produce customised test reports and datalogs from the results. Datalogs are produced in a CSV format for analysis in 3rd party tools. Channels in the datalog can be configured to log either the point value, or a calculated metric; min, max, mean or median. Logging rate is configurable up to a maximum of 100Hz. Logs are stored on the laptop, and old logs and reports can be retrieved and backed up from there.

The supervisor allows for calibration of instruments to an N point curve, designed to comply with the requirements of ISO 7500-1.

The Automatec LoadLog system can be supplied standalone in a compact aluminium box designed to be sat next to the PC or laptop, along with a power supply and cables 5m cables, with other lengths available on request. Alternatively, the system can be built into a control panel supplied by AJT Equipment and Branch Hydraulics.
