Load Cells are used by lifting professionals worldwide to perform crucial tasks. Load Cells determine, in real time, the exact weight being lifted in every scenario. This ensures selection of the correct lifting gear for the safest execution. There are a number of ways to achieve this. AJT load cells offer the easiest, safest and most accurate method for load measuring.
AJT’s Accuway™ Load Cells are manufactured in the UK to the highest standards and from the best available materials from British suppliers. Our main product is the Wireless Tensile Load Link, but we can also make Compression Cells and Load Shackles.
The company head office and main manufacturing facility is based in Brierley Hill in the West Midlands. We are proud to distribute and support our products all around the world.
Whilst most of our products are made to order, we also keep some of the most common sizes of our Wireless Tensile Load Links on the shelf, ready to be delivered to you as soon as you need them!
We can also source most other makes and models of weighing equipment – just get in touch!
AJT also offer calibration of your existing Load Cells, at your premises, or in our own workshop.
Tensile Load Links
Our Accuway™ Loadlinks are the ideal solution for mobile lifting applications across all industry sectors, with a robust, lightweight, high tensile aluminium design. Available as wireless or cabled from 1 to 500 Tonnes within 1% accuracy.
Compression Load Cells
These load cells are used to determine compression forces in a wide range of applications. These include static and dynamic measurement in industries such as mining, energy, defence, heavy rigging, shipping, and general transportation sectors.
Load Pin Shackles
Load pin shackles are best suited for low headroom load monitoring due to their compact and lightweight design, integrating the load cell into the shackle pin. VanBeest™ Greenpin® shackle bodies used as standard with others available on request.
Data Logging
The T24 Advanced data logging software provides real time monitoring of up to 100 load cell devices simultaneously.
